Guests are kindly requested to provide guest names in English at the time of booking. Other language are unacceptable. All guests must be registered at check-in and present a valid passport or identification document, along with valid authorization to stay slip.

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.

Please kindly note that the Hotel does not accept third party payment unless a payment authorisation form is submitted to hotel 7 days before arrival.

Guests must enter full English names when making the booking for each room.

Please note that a maximum of 5 rooms per person may be booked in each complete booking transaction. Certain room types may have a lower maximum of rooms that can be booked.

Please note that name changes after reservation have been made are not permitted.

If the guest is unable to present the original credit card upon check-in, the hotel will process the refund to the original credit card and charge the guest on-site. The hotel will not bear any costs due to foreign exchange rates.

Please note that a valid credit card is required for completing the transaction online. No Virtual Credit Card will be accepted.

Please note that once booking is completed, hotel will be entitled to debit your credit card. The physical credit card used to pay for room(s) must be presented by the cardholder for verification at check-in.

Please note that guests aged under 18 years old must be accompanied by adults (aged above 18 years old) when book at this hotel.
