The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

According to Macau Law No. 16/2021, visitors are required to provide the incoming passenger card issued while clearing immigration. If the card could not be provided, guests are not allowed to stay.

Passes to access are provided based on the number of paying guests per room. Grand Resort Deck opening hours is subject to weather conditions and seasonal change.

Our Grand Resort Deck will close operations from 17 November 2025 for our annual maintenance. Be sure to dive into another season of fun when we reopen on 3 April 2026!
