Please note that property has surveillance cameras for your safety. In the neighbourhood there's a farm with goats and dogs that are quiet most of the time, they only get noisy once they are getting their food. We are Gay friendly. Host lives at the house nearby.

Villa Mattson is set in the lovely natural environment in the heights of Budva, in the village of Markovići. With it's stunning view over the Adriatic Sea and peaceful surroundings of untouched nature, our villa is a unique place for a quiet retreat away from city noise. A private 14-meter swimming pool and sun loungers are there for your maximum relaxation, while the wonderful sea scent mixes with fresh mountain air for a truly rejuvenating experience. Imagine having a glass of wine on our beautiful patio as the sun sets in the distance. On the first floor of the main house, you'll find a spacious dining area with a fully equipped, modern kitchen. With its soft lines, minimalistic design, subtle tones, and a cozy library corner, our villa offers a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for enjoyment. The kitchen is highly functional and features a large island, ideal for cooking and gathering. Also located on the first floor is a comfortable living room, where a sofa bed provides sleeping space for two guests. Please note that this is the only sofa bed that opens up,the sofas on the upper floor are not extendable. Upstairs, a spacious 80-square-meter bedroom awaits, featuring two comfy queen-size beds and a regular sofa for relaxing. In addition, there is an extra portable foldable bed available, which can accommodate 1 person. Because it is foldable and lightweight, it can be placed anywhere in the house, offering flexibility for your sleeping arrangements. The top floor also offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and surrounding nature. In addition to the main villa, the property includes a separate guest house, ideal for extra privacy or for larger groups. This additional unit can accommodate 2 people and is equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom, making it fully independent and comfortable. With the main house and guest house combined, Villa Mattson can host up to 8 guests in total. Parking is available for 2 vehicles on the property.

Markovići is a small village placed in heights of Budva, offering wonderful panoramic sea view and surrounded by nature. The village is 15 minutes away from downtown Budva, offering a great opportunity to be secluded but still close enough to all the attractions
