We provide daily cleaning service in all our apartments, with providing fresh towels and we change linen every five days or earlier if necessary. All apartments have fully equipped kitchen with dining area, spacious living room, nice private bathroom, cable TV, Free WiFi. Each apartment also has quiet and furnished terrace, ideal for your morning coffee or evening drink, with garden view. We also provide free secured parking for all our guests which is located right in front of our property. Laundry service is also available for extra fee. All you need for comfortable stay!

At your arrival, you will be welcomed by a friendly host, who will give you the keys and explain everything you need to know about the apartment and surrounding area as well as give you tips about best excursions in Budva and Montenegro. We like to give our guests privacy but we are always available if needed.

Location is one of our biggest assets. We are located in quite neighborhood within 5 minutes walking distance away from all tourist places of interest such as: Restaurants and bars which can be found 50 meters away, while the nearest grocery store is just 40 meters away. Old Town of Budva is 10 minutes of easy walk and on the way you will pass by most popular Restaurants, Bars, Discotheques, while the nearest Slovenska beach is less then 5 minutes by walk. The local bus stop is 30 meters away and it goes every 15 minutes to all the beaches in Budva's riviera. Main Bus station is only 100 meters away where you can get buses to all destinations in Montenegro. The biggest shopping mall in town called "TQ Plaza" (which is considered as center of Budva) is only 250 meters away. In TQ Plaza you can find many snack bars and restaurants ( Wow, Babalu, City...) souvenir shops, boutiques and beauty salons. Next to the shopping mall is green market (Zelena pijaca) where you can find fresh fruits, vegetables, home made cheeses, olives, fish and other healthy products. Next to it there is big grocery store "Mega Market" where you can find all other products.
