Luxury Condo Studio Plaza is private apartments and located in the center of Budva, within the shopping center of TQ Plaza and Hotel itself. We offer 6 luxurious studios apartments located on 3 floor of Hotel, besides the shopping center itself. The apartments are high category and fully equipped. We offer High Internet speed up to 500 Mbp/s downloads and up to 50 Mbp/s uploads. Condo Studio Plaza consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, sofa and a comfortable terrace overlooking the city. The apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, desk and safe. We also offer a Luxury Cosmetics of RITUALS for daily showers and body lotion. We also offer two connected studio apartments, which is suitable for family vacations or couples. Condo Studio Plaza has 2 comfort suites, three studio suites with a double bed and one suite with two single beds. In addition to their exceptional location, Condo Studio Plaza are fully equipped and comfortable apartments. Guests have at their disposal a public parking which is covered by video surveillance and security personnel, public parking is available on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15 per day. In the building of the shopping center of TQ Plaza and Hotel. Because we are private apartments we do not offer a daily cleaning nor breakfast (only on guest request, but at his own expense, which is 15 euros).

You are only a minute or two walk away from Slovenska plaza, which is one of the biggest beach in the area. You are surrounded by numerous restaurants, clubs and bars such us OMNIA, PALAZZO, PERLA etc... A supermarket is located in the building, as well as a cinema and many shops. The Old Town is a 3-5 minute easy walk away.
