Our hotel is hosted and managed by me and my family. For me the most important thing is making guests feel warm welcomed and get to know our city as much as possible. I will be everyday around helping you to organize your day and give you instruction for all necessary things you need to know. I m a kite surfer and can help you with kite school , kite gear, i'm also a photographer and yacht skipper and our hotel owes a 38feet yacht located in Ulcinj and we can organize tours and sightseeing.

Residence Hotel is located in Ulcinj, on the beginning of Long beach and about 2.5 km from city center, in a very quiet part of town. Fully renovated in 2022 It offer high quality service, excellent food, car garage, security, 24h front desk, rooftop Hot Tub terrace open 24h, gym, underground car Garage, bicycle and car Rental. All rooms have balcony, Coffee & tea set, medium size fridge, and daily cleaning service. Towels, sheets, bathroom amenities are free of charge. Near the hotel on the main road you can find a lot of shops, markets 24h, restaurants and walking area. distance to the nearest beach is approximately 7 min walk.
