Our fresh new appartment is located on Pinješ, Ulcinj above pine trees with beautifull see view. Location gives you unique and easy access to all Ulcinj beaches in walk distance and silence from night discos. Appartment is suitable for couple or family up to 3 childs. Every one will sleep on comfy beds which gives you enough relax during your vacation time. Small beach and old city center is located very close, what means appx 8min by walk from appertment to small beach. Swimming pool is available daily until 10pm in summer season between 15th June - 15th september. If you need garage parking, please ask in advanced. Please be aware, no pets are allowed. No smoking in appartment allowed.

We are young family with one great daughter, which is in love with travel. Marelis condo was developed to meet our needs during long stays on our lovely vacation times in Ulcinj. After many summers here, we have found out, that there is missing such accomodation as we did. We hope, you will love it too and you will have availabe all, to your needs. Near appartment you may find market Franca, small bar on street and by walk you may reach old city center in 10mins. Nice coastline beaches are located about 6 to 10mins by walk. Main Mala Plaza beach si about 8mins from appartment. Regarding Velika Plaza beach you have two options, one is by car(appx 15mins) or by walk around coast line it is about 3-4km, via pine forest where you can watch beautiful nature around with amazing sea views. Please be kind and polite to our neighbors. All are very great people, which are open to help you in case of need. Parties are not allowed any time of the day! Please don't disturb by noise after 10pm.
