Hello everyone! My name is Enis Mavriq, I come from a traditional ulcinian family. I have studied Economics in the faculty of Prishtina. But my family has always been into tourism, we have a tradition of hosting guests from all around the world for about 4 decades. So i have taken over this business and renovated it. We are still not finished since its a very big location and i have started this only two years ago. For the Kite surfing enthusiasts I can help you get in line for the lesson or reservations since the famous "Dolcinium" kite surf beach is my brothers beach. So a all of my guests are more than welcomed there.

We are located in the center of the city, 150 meters away from the souvenire shops and a 4 km away from the long beach. Our greenish environment is 2400m2 wide, and it is the only location in the city has this space. There can be found a big swimming pool that also has a small one for kids. Each guest has his own deck chair and umbrella and can enjoy the beautiful relax in the middle of the tropical trees right in front of the pool. There is also the childrens park with all the equipments for their fun. Free parking place is provided for every one of our guests. In the big tarrace surrounded with all sorts of tropical trees you can also enjoy the relaxing sounds of music we choose for you every day. you are welcomed.

We are located in a very central part of the city. In this part you can find everything that you need. From my house you can visit all parts of Ulcinj by foot. Except for the Long beach that you have to go by car or with busses that are 200 meters away from us.
