Eco village Nevidio is placed 450 meters away from the main road which leads from Bay of Kotor through Žabljak to Belgrade. It is located in the beautiful village Pošćenje, 22 kilometers away from Žabljak, the center of North of Montenegro. Eco village Nevidio is the last station before the famous canyon Nevidio, the last conquered canyon in Europe. The founder of Eco village Nevidio is famous alpinist, rescuer at Montenegrin Mountain Rescue service and passionate mountaineer Dragan Gašo Lalović, who looked at the world from the highest mountain peaks. Also, he was the technical leader of the 1st Montenegrin expedition to Mt. Everest back in 1996. His vision was to create a place for passionate nature lovers who come to Durmitor from all around the world. Nowadays, eco village Nevidio is known as one of the most famous authentic accommodations and also with EU eco certificate (first accommodation in this part of Montenegro), and of course it is known by restaurant with delicious homemade food.

My name is Miljana and I am the co-owner of the Eco Village Nevidio. I am a journalist, but I work in tourism for years now and I am still very passionate about it. As already mentioned - we are located in small village Pošćenje, one of the most beautiful in Montenegro. You have to see canyon Nevidio - organized tours availabe on request, also there are two small lakes - perfect for afternoon swim and hiking trail named "Village trail" - perfect way to get familiar with our village. Also, you can enjoy meditation or yoga classes or just read a book from our small library.
