Having grown up on the Budva Riviera and fallen in love with its charm, I am thrilled to share this slice of paradise with visitors from around the world. Moreover, witnessing the sheer delight on guests' faces as they immerse themselves in the serenity of the villa, lounge by the infinity pool with a backdrop of breathtaking sea views, or savor a home-cooked meal prepared with locally sourced ingredients brings me immense satisfaction. As a host, my goal is not only to provide luxurious accommodations but also to foster a sense of belonging, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their stay. The villa is a privately-owned real estate situated in Rezevici. It is part of a condominium village named Sunny Villas comprised of six villas, each surrounded by an olive tree plantation. The villa consists of two separate apartments. The main apartment of 140 square meters, is a two-level unit located at the pool level. The ground floor features a spacious living room and kitchen, both of which open onto a terrace with pool access. The living room is equipped with a fireplace. On the second floor, there are two master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The second apartment of 50 square meters, includes a living room, bedroom, kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom. The villa is a 3-minute drive from one of the prettiest beaches in Budva, Perazica Do. It is 10 minutes by car from Petrovac and 20 minutes from Budva, the main tourist destination in Montenegro. The house features (heated) infinity pool available from April to October. The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning systems, allowing for year-round use. The villa includes a garage with two parking spaces, cleaning services, and security. It is furnished with brand-new furniture and appliances.
