Objekat BIO VILLAS se nalazi u Podgorici, na samo 6km od centra grada. Vile su u sastavu Plantaze organskog voca i povrca. Izgradjene u tradicionalnom stilu i prilagodjene modernom načinu stanovanja. Na plantaži, u netaknutoj prirodi možete uživati u cvrkutu ptica, zaklonjeni od pogleda, a po zelji proširiti svoje znanje o organskom uzgoju voća i povrća. Tokom većeg dijela godine ste u prilici degustirati razne organske proizvode, neponovljivog ukusa i mirisa - degustacija za goste vila se ne naplaćuju. U blizini se nalaze biciklističke i setačke-planinarske staze. BIO VILLAS nudi besplatan WiFi sa veoma brzim internetom, prenosivi ruter tako da ga možete koristiti tokom boravka u Crnoj Gori i van apartmana, besplatan privatni parking. Gosti posebno cijene veliki privatni bazen (rezervisan samo za goste dvjeje vile) kao osvježenje u toplim danima. Bazen je funkciji od 01.05. do 31.10. svake godine. Na raspolaganju kompletno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak sa prostorom za sjedenje i trpezarijom, TV sa satelitskim kanalima, 1 spavaća soba i 1 kupatilo sa tušem, terasa-400m2 za suncanje sa pogledom na vocnjak, ljetnja kuhinja sa priborom za rostilj.

Gosti najviše cijene mir i diskreciju a ipak na samo 7-8 kilometara od centra grada. Kraj u kome se nalazi kuća i plantaža je miran i vrlo bogat biodiverzitetom. Na samo 3 kilometra od kuće nalaze se ostaci rimskog grada Duklja, jedna od glavnih istorijskih atrakcija u Podgorici. U neposrednoj blizini se nalazi i prihvatiiste za divlje i domaće životinje sa ovog podneblja - mini zoološki vrt. Takodje jedan od najljepsih vidikovaca, sa pogledom na Podgoricu, se nalazi na samo par minuta vožnje od imanja. Ni tradicionalna gastronomija vam neće pobjeći, tri nacionalna crnogorska restorana u našoj blizini će sa zadovoljstvom upotpuniti vaš boravak. Samo imanje i njegova okolina je bogata ljekovitim biljem koje bagotvorno utiče na organizam i raspoloženje.
