Apartment Sea View is located on a hill in the small village of Dobrota, 2.5 km (5 min by car, 20 min walk) from the Old Town of Kotor (pronounced [kɔtɔr]). Unique in its location, the apartment is designed with a view of the Bay of Kotor, not far from the sea (10-minute walk), and is far from noise and crowds. This is where you will find everything that suits your needs and will make you come back here to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Hi, I’m Anja, your host and a lover of life’s little joys! I’m passionate about good food, wine, movies, and music, and I always try to approach life with a positive spirit. Whether exploring something new or simply enjoying a quiet moment, I believe happiness is in the everyday. I love creating a space where guests feel relaxed, welcome, and taken care of—like a home away from home.
The apartment is located in the small, quiet village of Dobrota. The settlement is called Sveta Vraca because a Catholic church was built on the Holy Hill at the end of the 15th century. It served as a graveyard in a charity fraternity until it was abandoned at the end of the 19th century. The place is very quiet, which is good for those who need rest and peace. There are numerous roads and roads leading to the sea (15-20 mins walk or 5-10 min by car), promenade Dobrota, and the center (Stari grad). Near the apartment, there are several shops and several excellent restaurants and taverns along the sea where you can eat traditional specialties and delicacies.
