The apartments are located on the ground floor of a new residential building equipped with brand new kitchen, Villeroy & Boch ® bathroom furniture, strong Wifi, smart TV, furnished terrace and much more. The apartment consists of a one bedroom, bathroom, living room with a kitchen and a balcony with a partial view of the sea. The building has a private yard in which is swimming pool intended for guests. Two private parking spaces are provided within the apartment. Building is located next to the popular hiking trail which leads to the ethnic village of Gornja Lastva and further to the hiking-biking trails on Vrmac hill. Positioned in the immediate vicinity of numerous beaches, 50m from the seaside, 1500m from the luxury Porto Montenegro, 2000m away from the city center. The owner is available 7/7 days. Free transfer from airport Tivat is included in service. Weekly cleaning is also available.
If you want to spend your vacation in Tivat, Donja Lastva will meet your expectations. Donja Lastva is the calmest and most well-organized part of Tivat and it is located in the heart of the Boka Bay. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Tivat are located in Donja Lastva.
