A lift that takes you directly to the Port Hercule is located at 100 meters from the flat. Absolutely no car needed to walk around Monaco, every place is walking distance. Very close to train station (10 min walk). No car needed to visit around or take bus or train to Nice, Italy, Menton, Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu, Villefranche, Cannes, etc

I rent out the flat for the 1st time this month of September . I have a long experience with welcoming hosts and renting out and keep my standards very high: I make sure to deliver a very clean appartment, well furnished, comfortable etc. The well-being of my guests are most important to me

The flat is very central located in Monaco and very quiet. Bus, trains at your doorstep. All places of interest can be visited from the flat by foot. The huge commercial center Carrefour is at 8 min by foot. As respect for the other inhabitants of the building, no parties are allowed. As said, this is a very quiet building with very respectful people.
