Located just a 20-minute walk from Jamaa el-Fna square, Riad Zaouia 44 features a garden, hammam and a heated pool. Views of the Medina and Atlas Mountain are offered from the terrace. Decorated in a contemporary Moroccan style, the air conditioned rooms include a seating area and wardrobe. The en suite bathroom features tadelakt décor and is complete with a hairdryer. A breakfast is available at the riad and is served daily in the dining room or on the terrace and patio. Traditional dishes can also be served upon request. The Royal Palace is just 3.5 km from the riad and guests can take a 10-minute drive to the Saadian Tombs. A concierge service is available at the riad and guests can also organise excursions.
