My wife and I have been hands on management team from when we started back in 2011, to introduce myself I am Max the Ozzie I have been blesse to live in this amazing country for 9 years (2 year break back in Australia) now back and ready to open...Before managing Dar Iman I was the GM of café clock for 3 years and part owner of the cooking school Clock Kitchen...Back in Australia I owned a couple of restaurants in Coffs Harbour and worked in outdoor catering in the UK for 9 years mainly the large music festivals........Kaoutar is from fes studied french law .. Being thrown head low into the world of hospitality a world she had never know, she took to it like a duck to water, to see her confidence grow and grow make me ever so proud of her...She won't be with us for the next couple of years as she will be back in Australia, she will however be with us a couple of months every year..

Property information

Dar Iman is one of the first MAISON D' HOTELS it started way back in 2007..Kaoutar and I took over the management of the house back in 2011, then purchased it in 2015..We have been away overseas for the past two an a half years and are now back and OPEN there is not a lot of difference between the Commercial houses in Fes....The big difference is the staff and people running the Hotels.....We have had a great track record since taking on Dar Iman as you can see by the reviews... So we have 6 bed rooms 2 x triple, 1 twin room, 1 double room and 2 single bedded mixed dorm style rooms that sleep 8 pax
