Cozy apartment in wooden house, in quite, green area, not far from city center. Good public transport options, till old town 30 min walking. Close to shops, park (Grizinkalns). There are 3 apartaments under this profile - all the same size and at next doors in the same building. That is why pictures shows a bit different interior.
Interested in real estate, like to renovate apartments.
Close to park Grizinkalns, with basketballball court, skatepark, shoping center Domina. One of the rare public sauna BALTA PIRTS just 5 min walking from apartment.
