We offer you to relax in our lovely cottage in Ķesterciems, which is located a 15-20 minute walk from the sea. It will be suitable for both groups of friends, families with children, and for a couple. Max 5 people. It has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, a toilet with a shower, air conditioning/heater, a terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers. The area of ​​the cottage is 24 sq m plus a loft on the second floor. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160*200cm) and a kitchen combined with a living room, which has a pull-out single sofa bed (105*200 cm). The loft on the second floor has 2 single mattresses. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, as well as cooking oil, salt, sugar, coffee and various teas, including herbal/flower tea collected by the hostess. Toilet paper, liquid hand soap, shower gel, hairdryer, cleaning products are available in the toilet and shower room. The cottage is located next to meadows and a forest, you can go for nice walks. By prior arrangement, for an additional fee, we offer to enjoy a wonderful sauna ritual in the nearby sauna, which will be performed by a certified sauna master (lodge owner).

Hello! I am Kristiāna, the hostess of our accommodations in both Ķesterciems and Riga. My hobbies are traveling, gardening, books and much more. I spend a lot of time in nature - going on long walks, picking mushrooms, berries, collecting medicinal herbs for teas and sauna. I am a certified sauna master, so I offer my guests an unforgettable experience/adventure - a sauna ritual. In a leisurely, calm atmosphere, at a comfortable temperature, during the approximately 3-hour ritual, you will cleanse yourself energetically, receive a very pleasant physical body cleansing with the help of water, various scrubs, herbal brushes, but in the final part you will be pampered with a body mask and massage, as well as sound meditation. You will be able to enjoy herbal teas collected and prepared by me, as well as small snacks. Overall, the process is very relaxing and meditative, energetically cleansing and rejuvenating, deeply spiritually healing and/or transforming. The cottage is located only 5 kilometers from Engure, where there are cafes, shops, a pharmacy and an ATM. 15-20 minutes drive to Tukums (21 km), Jurmala -44 km, Riga -75 km, Kuldiga-98 km, Jelgava-75 km. From the cottage to the sea you can walk in 15-20 minutes, through a beautiful pine forest. On the seashore, flocks of swans often gather in this place, which you can capture in wonderful photos. If you wish, you can enjoy beautiful sunrises on the seashore. There are many interesting stones on the beach, including fossils. If you choose to go to the sea by car, you will have to drive about 1.5-2 km. In the cottage you will find useful information/brochures for tourists. For guests who wish to relax in our cottage for a longer period of time, bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
