公司信息
Ltd. Heinike Nams is a company with deep historical and family roots, embodying a unique story that spans generations. The company name pays tribute to Gustav Heinike, the first owner of the beautiful building that today are called Aparthotel Amella. Gustav Heinike was a prominent lawyer in Riga, a dedicated Lutheran, and a member of the Doma Church congregation. Together with his wife, Olga, they built not just a house, but a family legacy — a home where their loved ones and friends could gather when visiting Riga.
Gustav and Olga were proud parents of two children — Iraida and Peter. Their daughter, Iraida Heinike, went on to become a renowned poet in the first half of the 20th century, known by her literary pseudonym, Irina Odoyevtseva. Iraida’s life was a testament to cultural richness, blending Latvian roots with an international perspective.
Honoring this extraordinary family heritage, SIA Heinike Nams oversaw the careful renovation of the building, which was completed in 2021. The restoration earned 1st place in the "Facade Renovation" category of the Latvian Construction Award of the Year 2020, a testament to both the architectural value and the respect for its history.
On 15 July 2022, Aparthotel Amella officially opened its doors, continuing the Heinike family’s vision of hospitality and family-friendliness. The hotel offers comfortable, family-oriented accommodation in the heart of Riga, with thoughtfully designed infrastructure for families with children — even welcoming beloved family pets.
At the heart of SIA Heinike Nams is a story about family, heritage, and timeless values, ensuring that every guest who stays at Aparthotel Amella becomes part of this living history — where warmth, hospitality, and a sense of belonging are the legacy of the Heinike family itself.
