At your disposal: * Heated indoor swimming pool (open from May 1 to October 1; water heating from mid-May to mid-September). * Barbecue (firewood and lighter fluid*). * Cozy garden relaxation areas (3 gazebos). * Table tennis. * Shared kitchen with all necessary equipment: refrigerator, stove (for breakfasts), microwave (for breakfasts), dishes and tableware. * Library. * Laundry service*. * Free Wi-Fi. * Free parking: small private parking (up to 3 cars) on-site and up to 7 more spaces nearby. * Secure locked storage for bicycles. * Spacious rooms: at least 10 m² per guest. * Large green area and poolside relaxation zone. Important to know: * Villa “Artemida” is designed for quiet, family-oriented holidays. We do not host noisy parties. * In the villa’s public areas we kindly ask you to refrain from consuming strong alcoholic beverages, as well as from inviting outside visitors. The territory is exclusively for villa guests. * The number of guests must strictly correspond to the booking. We reserve the right not to accept guests if more people arrive than indicated in the reservation, or if pets are brought. In some cases, an additional fee may be applied (50 eur per day). * We truly love animals ❤️, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate them in the villa — this is due to our care for the comfort of all guests. We always do our best to ensure every guest feels relaxed and comfortable, and we thank you for your understanding and respect for our house rules.
