Our apartment is newly renovated in a cozy, minimalistic style. It is unique because it is very spacious and suitable especially for those who like authentic old buildings in the city center and unique apartments with a special feel and character.
I love to communicate with different people therefore if my guests have a need I can provide them with more information about the places of interest and important information about our city and culture. I assist my guests all throughout their state upon their need and request;-)
The house is three floor authentic German style building built in 1931 surrounded by the same style houses where live friendly neighbors. Klaipeda University in authentic German style architecture is right in front of the house. The area is safe and rather quiet except the street side.
