Thank you for choosing COMFY Patogūs namai for your stay. We are brand new opened family operating apartments for accommodation. During your stay you will find fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and cozy living space with brand new furniture and beds for your rest. We are situated in central part of the city not so far from centre and old town. Very good public transport communication to the centre of the city and old town. Bus stop is 50 meters distance from our apartments. Big shopping centres (such as MAXIMA, Lidl, IKI), caffes and restaurants are in close distance from our apartments. The main Kaunas Universities such as Medical and life since University (LSMU), KTU and VDU are in close distance and good connection from our apartments. Its perfect place to stay for long distance travelers, who chose Kaunas as a short stop for a rest. We are quite close from route A1 (Klaipeda-Vilnius) and ViaBaltica (route A8). Its easy to get back to these main roads from our place without traffic jam. We are well situated to Kaunas international airport and Kaunas free economical zone (Kaunas LEZ). For your safety we are video monitoring premises of our apartments.
We inform our guests that we provide accommodation services as an individual with a business certificate. If an invoice in the company's name is required, we issue it, however, according to the tax laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the company, established in Lithuania, has an obligation to pay a 15% tax to the State Tax Inspectorate on the price of accommodation.
