very quite residential area, just 10 minutes away from the Airport. Ideal location for both arrival and departure guests as its very close to the Airport. Major Super Markets are 100M and Restaurants/ Major Banks are 700M away from the Villa. Railway Station to Colombo is 750m and Bus Holts to Colombo or all directions within 100m Distance.

very quite residential Area. well known' St Anthony's church is 100m, Historical seeduwa Buddhist Temple 200m, Muthurajawela Boat Safari 7km, Negombo Beach, Negombo Lagoon, Fish Market are within 8km Distance.
