I am currently living in UK and the business is owned by our family in Sri Lanka.

住宿信息

Studio has all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. Majority of the fittings were imported from UK. The studio was built in 2014 and further extensions were done in 2021 and 2023. The apartments are ideal for a short stay before or after a long flight. A chargeable pick up service is available from the airport. Please request once the booking is completed. We also offer complementary drops/pickups from Katunayake railway and bus stations. Please request once the booking is completed. We have a rooftop restaurant with beautiful views and you can enjoy both Western and local dishes. Recently we have installed solar system to generate electricity. All our air conditioners and water heating systems are now powered by solar energy.

周边信息

Very quiet neighbourhood. Very near to the Colombo international airport and to the beaches in Negombo. The property is situated near the Colombo- Negombo main road just 4 minutes walk from the property. The bus route is 240 from Colombo and nearest railway station is Katunayake.
