Villa Shayana is a newly built property which offers comfort and relaxation at its best. Our deluxe double / twin rooms provide an extended space and true Sri Lankan welcome for our guests. The Villa has a well maintained garden that you can enjoy the sun or even have a picnic. The Villa is run by a family who could personalise your stay and make sure your stay in Hikkaduwa is a memorable one. We have carefully selected the interior decoration in all of our rooms to make sure you feel the maximum relaxation during your stay, we understand you may have travelled a thousand mile from home, so we’ve done our best to make you feel home.

My wife and I run this business and we have two beautiful children. My wife has years of experience in hotel management and now brings those expertise to run our own. We are extremely an easy going and friendly couple, so feel free to have a chat when you relaxing at our Villa.

The Villa is located just 5mins off from the famous Hikkaduwa beach that lays on the southern part of the island. There are a number of different local amenities, shops, boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants which all can be accessed either by foot or local three wheelers (Tuk Tuk). When you stay at our Villa, you are only 5mins away from all water sport activities and these can even be arranged through our local contacts.
