Welcome to Kiyara holiday villa My property is located 2.5 km from the city. Our property is located in a way that everything is easily accessible, such as the sea, super market, cafe, private and government hospital, rail station, bus stand, etc. It is about 2.5 km away. I am a chef with 18 years of experience locally and internationally. My family and I are ready to provide you with the services you need. The house has all the electrical appliances. For example, there are all the appliances such as hot water, gas, microwave oven, rice cooker, water filter, fridge, bread toaster , blender, washing machine, fan, wifi etc. Our property also has cooking facilities, and there are no additional charges. We do not charge any additional fees for all of this. Break first and Dinner If you need, Breakfast and dinner can be prepared and served cleanly and deliciously for an additional fee.
Visit us, just to feel the warmth hospitality of a local family. Security The house is surrounded by walls. There are CCTV cameras so that you can also monitor it. My parents lives in the neighboring house in that estate. Safety can be guaranteed 100%. If you need transportation, I am able to provide you with the transportation facilities you need at a very reasonable price with my car and motorcycle. (For hire) We can provide a reliable and safe tuk tuk service if you need it.
The distance from our villa to the Katunayaka international airport is about 130km. Places to visit in our area Turtle watching Hikkaduwa Beach Galle Fort Madhu River tour Masks ,Masks Museum Tea factory Moonstone mines Cinnamon production The sea is about 2 km from the villa. Thank you very much.
