It's a peaceful & stylish studio apartment.. Very much relaxed & less distractions, which helps to focus on reading & be stress free. It is designed as a Child Friendly apartment to accommodate kids too.
Our Studio apartment is surrounded with many restaurants egs; Fresh seafood, Pizzas, pubs, bars, Chinese food & coffee shops, which gives our guests variety of choices to select.
The property is close by (15 minutes) to the Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Colombo which is very convenient for us guests to stay their first & last night.
It is walking distance to the beach & most beautiful sunset during evening.
The highest roof top pool & bar is a special feature in our property, which is an unique feature for all the guests.
We love travelling as a family & understand the importance of a safe apartment to be stress free & relax.
Negombo is an interesting area, with many restaurants, attractions.
Specially variety of food available for guests is amazing. such as fresh seafood, Chinese, Authentic Italian Pizzas .
It is also popular for night life with many pubs & night clubs available just 1-2 minutes walk from the property. (Since our property is in the 7th floor, there's less distractions )
