Designed by Ulrik Plesner, architect partner to renowned Geoffrey Bawa this house represents the post colonial spaciousness of an era dependant on natural ventilation. Similar styles are found clustered nearby giving this area an unique feel of homeliness. Our rooms are large and spacious and can accommodate an entire family in a single room making looking after those energetic kids less bothersome. Our 20ft by 10ft swimming pool is loved and adored by kids of all ages ! A small Gym and Games room will add to your fun. We have earned hard our guest appreciation reviews and score. We are a family friendly townhouse villa !

Neighbourhood information

Colombo 7 is the green lush residential area of the capitol city lined up with old gnarled trees and probably the most expensive residences. This is a safe and secure area with the majestic Museum, tranquil Viharamahadevi Park and the adjacent masonic City Hall, nearby. Colombovilla at Cambridge place is a 10 minute walking distance from the museum. Outside Amenities & Places Race Course and Independent Arcade -- This is a colonial era horse racing center and a colonial era Asylum now meticulously converted to an up market shopping complex. Walking distance if you are not too elderly and are mad about brand names and good food. Dutch Hospital (4 Km away) -- This converted old hospital is now a hot spot for foodies seeking a variety of culinary delights. The famous Ministry of Crab is located here.
