Keith acquired the land in Mirissa in 2001,construction started on the first phase in 2003,project managed by Prasad.The property has been extended and renovated regularly since then. The design is genuinely a fusion of East and West. Many traditional features have been incorporated in the style of the building , such as extra high ceilings to allow fresh air flow. All the windows and doors have been hand made using traditional methods and wood "Jack wood". The beds and a lot of the furniture were designed by Prasad and again made using traditional timber.
