In 2004, British banker David Swannell purchased the Ashburnham Estate, marking a new chapter in its history. He has lovingly restored the estate while preserving its colonial charm. The main bungalow, dating back to the 1930s, was transformed into a boutique hotel, blending historical colonial architecture with modern comforts.

Ashburnham Estate is graced with a stunning 45-foot waterfall that flows beautifully year-round. Visiting it is an absolute must, and for the adventurous, standing under it for a refreshing 'power shower' is an unforgettable experience. We also have smaller waterfalls, a serene cascade pool, and numerous trails that invite you to wander along and explore.
