Welcome to 701 Mawella Villa — a brand-new retreat opened in September 2025, set in a calm neighborhood near Mawella Bay. Designed for total privacy, the villa has a full private swimming pool, a walled private garden, and secure on-site parking inside the gate. A CCTV security system covers the surroundings, with a live monitor inside for extra peace of mind.
Contemporary, bright interiors flow to the pool deck for easy indoor-outdoor living. Private events are welcome (on request), making this an ideal spot for small celebrations or intimate gatherings.
Stay days can be as active or relaxed as you wish: lounge by the pool, unwind in the garden, then stargaze at night. Every booking includes a free lagoon kayak tour—glide through serene waters and spot mangroves and birdlife.

That practical, detail-driven mindset shows in every corner of 701 Mawella Villa: smart layouts, quality finishes, and thoughtful safety features.
When he isn’t on site, you’ll find Shashika in the soil gardening is his hobby so the greenery around the villa is always loved and well kept. He genuinely enjoys meeting guests from around the world, sharing local tips on beaches, food, and hidden nature spots, and arranging authentic experiences like lagoon kayak tours. Expect warm Sri Lankan hospitality, quick responses, and a host who cares about making your stay smooth, comfortable, and memorable.

701 Mawella Villa sits in a calm, quiet pocket of Mawella. A Buddhist temple is next door, with a stunning, frame-worthy view of its white stupa. The safe swimming beach is 70 m away soft sand, gentle waves, and golden sunsets on your doorstep. Stroll 5 minutes to the lagoon for birdlife and mangroves (or join our free kayak tour). The world-famous Kudawella Blow Hole is 1.6 km from the villa. Mawella Beach stretches 3 km, ideal for long, crowd free walks, sunrise jogs, and mind-clearing ocean views.
