According to Lebanese General Security Rules and Regulations, guests are required to show a valid passport with an entry stamp upon check-in. Hotel reserves the right to refuse a check in if a valid passport with an entry stamp is not available. Only Lebanese citizens are entitled to check in with a recent Lebanese ID with a photo. Driving Licenses are not accepted for check in.

Guests must be 18 years or older with valid identification to reserve and check into a room. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the check in of a guest below 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult.

Guests are requested to present a valid credit card or cash for check in deposit. Credit card must be under the name of the staying and paying guest. Should the credit card does not belong to the guest, Hotel reserve the right to refuse payment with the presented card.

Please note that the amount equal to 1 nights accommodation will be pre-authorised on the provided credit card before your arrival date, regardless of the cancellation or prepayment policy. The amount will be refunded in full if the booking is cancelled within the cancellation policy.
