Please note that standard check-in time is 15:00. Check-out time is 12:00.

In case of late check-out after 12:00 or early check-in before 15:00, the daily room rate is charged.

Extension of accommodation without prior booking is possible but is a subject to availability and remains at the discretion of the Hotel Administration.

Payment for accommodation is carried out before check-in or upon check-in at the hotel.

Payment is accepted in cash or by credit card.

*Payment by kaspi qr or transfer is not accepted.

Please note that the administration has the right to refuse check-in to any Guest who is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

All guests must treat their neighbors with respect and keep quiet in the rooms as well as in the corridors. We kindly ask you to be polite in dealing with others. Aggressive behavior is not allowed.

When checking into a room, please familiarize yourself with the rules of the accommodation in the Hotel. The rules are on the desk.

The restaurant operates only on the basis of breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00. The cost of breakfast per person is from 5 000 tenge. Breakfast is à la carte.

The lounge bar is closed from 04/01/2023
