- The gym, indoor pools, and saunas (available at a charge) are closed on the third Wednesday of each month.

- Regular closure date of February 2026 is February 25th. (It's changed to the fourth Wednesday since the third Wednesday is a public holiday in February.)
- On February 18th, the indoor swimming pool is available for infants and children due to public holiday.
- The gym is only available for staying guests on February 25th, the regular closure date. (Must bring indoor shoes)
- The gym is open to those aged 16 years and older only, and the saunas are open to those aged 13 years and older only. Please note that the sauna is a paid facility so additional costs are charged when entering.
- The indoor pool is for adults only. Access to the pool is limited to those aged 13 years and over. On weekends and holidays, however, children under the age of 13 years are admitted in the care of an adult and only when wearing a life jacket in the pool if they are shorter than 140 cm.
- Urban Island (Outdoor pool) is only available for guests who reserve Outdoor Pool Access package.
- Please follow the instruction from Life Guard when using all facilities such as Adult pool, Kids pool, Jacuzzi, etc.
- Guests under the height of 140 cm are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and under parental supervision.
- Two sunbeds are available per room, and some sunbeds are prioritized for customers who have reserved them as part of a special package.
- Children under the age of 36 months must wear waterproof diapers in the pool
- Swim tubes with a diameter of 1 m or less may be brought in and may only be used in the kids' pool.
- Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached.
- Urban Island operates even when it rains, but only a few sunbeds offer shelter from the rain. (In case of continuous heavy rain, operations might be disrupted.)
