“酒店的员工非常好！我很感激酒店的concierge服务。我第一天落地的时候比较晚了，需要出门寻找吃的，并且第一次住仁川并不是很熟悉附近不知道该怎么打uber。concierge的一位年轻员工很友善的帮我讲解了可以去哪里吃饭，帮我订了taxi，再车到了之后还去grand floor寻找散步的我。第二天在我需要打车去机场的时候concierge的小姐姐会友好提醒我打taxi箱子需要额外收费的地方，还会帮我拿箱子。很好的住宿体验！我认为比我在明洞和江南区住过的部分五星级酒店服务都好！”
