Mida Eco camp is a Non profit making organization,a community project,nestled along the coast,its within the watamu marine reserve,all of its entire profit goes to fund other small projects within the community of Mida targeting school children,both nursery and further secondary school.We do not accept guest to give sweets or money to the children of our community of Mida,this may led the children to start begging,if one wishes to give anything to the children,instead we advice our clients to donate anything be it writing materials or pens to the nearby school Mzizima school.

Mida creek well known as landing sites for birds, it's also one of the five IBAs in Kenya, also seven out of nine species of mangroves are found here, therefore described as the most productive mangrove forest in the world, it's also a breeding ground for Hawks bill and green turtle, not forgetting the beautiful excursions such as canoe ride to the mangrove Chanels, board walk and bird hide, kirepwe island run away, Gedi ruins via canoe,just to mention but a few,book with us and rest assured satisfactory is a guarantee,
