To use the hotel's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Ogoto Onsen Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please inform the property in advance if guests have any food allergies or dietary needs.

If you have booked a plan that includes breakfast, you cannot add dinner separately. Please make a reservation again using the half-board plan.

Please be sure to call us on the day of your appointment. We do not accept contact via email.

The room size is the same regardless of the number of guests.
