※All quests are required to provide an identification card before check in. Completely renovated accommodation with three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. Ideal for family stays and group travel. The fully equipped kitchen with dining table makes this accommodation ideal for long stays as well. There is free Wifi access in all rooms and each bedroom has a television. You can enjoy YouTube and other programs using the Amazon Fire Stick (please use your own account if you wish to watch Netflix). Since this is a private lodging, our service varies from a typical hotel. There is no room service available and linen and towels are not replaced during your stay. In case of long term stay, you are encouraged to wash them yourselves, or we can provide new sets at extra costs. 【Regarding breakfast and dinner】 Breakfast and dinner can only be reserved at the time of your booking - unfortunately this option cannot be added after your booking has been completed. Please make sure to select the correct room and plan. If your reservation includes meals, ingredients for breakfast and dinner are inside the fridge upon arrival. Breakfast includes three types of bread and one bottle of juice for each guest. For dinner, a variety of vegetables and regional Wagyu (Japanese beef) is provided to make your own sukiyaki (Japanese hot pot). In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver the ingredients due to unforeseen circumstances, the costs for the breakfast and dinner will be reimbursed. In the case you booked ahead of time and ingredients have significantly increased by the time of your arrival, additional costs may be charged after your booking has been completed to cover the difference.

Hakone is known for its nature and many hot springs (onsen). The Hakone Open Air Museum and Little Prince Museum are very popular among tourists, too. This region is easily accessible from Tokyo with the Romance Car or by bus. There is a direct bus that departs from Shinjuku Bus Terminal. Kyo Gu Bi Etsu is located in a quiet neighborhood in Hakone Yumoto. We kindly ask for your cooperation to mind your volume at night. In order to prevent troubles regarding noise nuisance from neighbors, we have installed a sound sensor on the first floor of the property. There is a 24/7 convenience store within walking distance from the accommodation. However, the nearest supermarkets are located around the station and most close early, so if you wish to cook meals at the accommodation it is recommend to go grocery shopping by car or bring ingredients with you from home.
