The highlight is the view from the guest room window; a stream gurgling right below, tall trees all around, snow on the ground and on the tree branches. And not a soul in sight. And the jacuzzi has similar views! Perfect. The Norikura region could do with a few more tourists so do consider it as an option if you plan to visit the Japanese Alps and want a mixture of hiking, skiing and just general chilling.
