The free pick-up service from Kaga Onsen Train Station is available from 14:30 to 18:00. To use the property's free pick-up service, please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time at Kaga Onsen Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please inform the property of your means of transportation, at the time of booking.

In order to prepare special amenities for men and women, guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking.

Guests with children under 12 years old must inform the property at the time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box.

Please inform the property in advance if guests have any food allergies or dietary needs.
