Kyo no Yado Sangen Ninenzaka

- The property does not reserve restaurants for guests.

- Please note that any damages to the room or bedding will be subject to an additional cleaning/replacement fee. Rooms will be inspected at the time of check-out.

- Food brought in must be consumed at the kitchen area or the lobby, except during breakfast hours when the kitchen area will be closed to those without a meal plan.

- Please note that guests are not permitted to cook in the kitchen area, and all cookware and cutlery in the kitchen are not available for personal use.

*The indoor bath (with 1 shower and 1 bathtub) is available upon reservation. Please make a reservation at the front desk at the time of check-in. Available hours are as shown below:

* The baths are cleaned during the 10-minute intervals between each hour.

- Please make sure to use the 2nd or 3rd floor showers, or the indoor bath showers to cleanse yourself first before entering the bathtub.

- If guests are late to their bath times, they may not be able to change or extend their reservation. Other guests may have reserved those hours. Please use the 2nd or 3rd floor showers in this case.

- The property does not feature a restaurant.

- Guests who wish to use any of the property's facilities after check-out may do so with an extra fee. For more information, please contact the property directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Via Taxi

- Enter Kodaiji Minamimon-dori Street from Higashioji-dori Street.

- Then climb the street and enter Ninen-zaka Street to your right.

- Go forward until you see a Hello Kitty Cafe to your right.

- Enter the street opposite the cafe, and turn right into the 1st street you see.

- Keep going until you see the property to your left.

Via Bus

- Catch Bus 206 from Kyoto Station

- Get off at either Kiyomizumichi or Higashiyamayasui stops.

- The bus will drop you off on Higashioji-dori Street, so enter Kodaiji Minamimon-dori Street.

- Then climb the street and enter Ninen-zaka Street to your right.

- Go forward until you see a Hello Kitty Cafe to your right.

- Enter the street opposite the cafe, and turn right into the 1st street you see.

- Keep going until you see the property to your left.

*Please be noted that taxis cannot enter Sannenzaka-Street, taxis must go through Ninenzaka Street.

*The property is located on the street next to Ninenzaka Street, to the east side.
