“这是一栋独立别墅，离开岚山仅5站公交车站。房东将底楼和二楼出租。我们一家六人住二楼，是一套独立的非常精致的公寓。厨房设施齐全，餐具也一应俱全。客厅宽敞，房东准备了许多电影DVD以及一台按摩椅供客人使用，十分贴心。洗衣机有烘干功能，这给梅雨季节带来很多方便。入住和签出，房东都到现场，并十分热情周到，还帮我们把大行李搬到楼下。有三间独立卧室，面积较大，每间都有至少可以住2人(有一间是榻榻米)。总体来说，我们对这家民宿非常满意!”

Please provide a valid email address as the property will contact guests after booking on instructions about check-in via email.

Please note the owner lives on site.

- The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.

- The property staff will hand the property key to the guest upon arrival and guests are expected to arrive on time.

- Guests are required to return the property keys to the designated place upon check out.

- There is no lift and guests must walk up stairs to reach guest rooms. Guests will be required to carry their luggage up to their guest rooms.

- Please note that this property is located on the 2nd floor of a common residence. Guests may experience noise and other minor disturbances during their stay.

- Guests are asked to be considerate and lower their noise level between 22:00-07:00 (next day) as the property is situated in a quiet residential area.
