My three children are all independent, so my mother and I are here to support you in having a fun trip. I'm a working composer, born and raised in Kobe, so please feel free to ask me about places you'd like to visit. On the first floor, there's a music studio with drums and piano, a mini live space, and a sushi bar with karaoke. (Reservations required)

We offer two types of rooms: Family Rooms with kitchens for families and groups of 3-7 people, and Private Rooms for 1-3 people. (Washing machine, refrigerator, free parking, luggage storage (free for children under 5), baby chairs, and free ice.) *Luggage storage is available free of charge from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the day of check-in. *Each room has a lock to ensure privacy. As this is a detached home, you can live here without worrying about neighbors or noise from above or below you, as you would in an apartment. *Guests are welcome, but this is only a guideline. (Please refer to the house rules.) Within walking distance are a large supermarket, Kobe Harborland (umie, Mosaic, Anpanman Museum), Motomachi-Sannomiya, convenience stores, ramen shops, Kobe beef yakiniku restaurants, and other dining options. Arima Onsen, GLION ARENA KOBE, Universal Studios Japan (USJ) Japan, Koshien Stadium, Noevir Stadium, Suma Beach, Kobe Suma Sea World, Rokko Snow Park, and Kobe Animal Kingdom are all within 20 to 60 minutes by train, bus, or car. The hotel also features a sushi bar where you can enjoy karaoke and live music (fees apply). The family rooms are also equipped with audio equipment for enjoying subscription services such as Spotify and Apple Music in high quality.
