“提前和店家沟通好了到店人数 时间和饮食习惯等信息。从高山坐巴士到一宝水站下车，酒店就在对面，会有工作人员前来接我们。房间是上下两层，楼下和室楼上榻榻米，小朋友特别开心。晚餐很丰富有份量充足全家吃到撑，还有特色牛肉，早餐有西式和日式两种选择，都尝试了很满意。温泉有室内和室外，泡着很舒服，还享受了一次一家人的私汤。离店的时候知道我们要去附近的熊牧场，店员还开车送我们过去并赠送了门票打折券。”

To use the hotel's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Hirayu Bus Terminal. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please inform the property in advance if guests have any food allergies or dietary needs. We are sorry but we cannot prepare vegan or vegetarian meals.
