I'm originally from Kyushu, and it's been about 15 years since I moved to Nagano. In my 20s, I worked at a travel agency and traveled the world as a backpacker. I love to eat, so I enjoyed all the local food wherever I go. I also visited New Zealand and Australia on a working holiday. There, I became interested in sustainable living, and after returning to Japan, I started working in the food industry. Before starting this inn, I was running a small restaurant.
We have been living a sustainable lifestyle based on permaculture for 20 years, and we value living a happy and healthy life both mentally and physically while being conscious of the natural environment. I came to Nagano in search of well-being, and have lived an essential way of life.
I'm always interested in new things, I cherish every encounter, and I look forward to having time to share with our guests.
