Guests must make the payment within the instructed date or guest reservations may be cancelled. When booking for either 2 consecutive nights/4 persons or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

The property will contact you for payment instructions after the booking is made.

Please be advised that the property is closed from 10:00 until 16:00 daily for cleaning.

Reception is open between the following hours: 08:00-10:00, 16:00-21:00.

A surcharge of 1,500 JPY per hour, per group applies for arrivals after check-in hours. Late check-in is available until 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. If there is no notice of late check-in by 21:00, the reservation will be considered as a no-show.

Please note, the common lounge is available until 23:00.

Shower is available from 16:00-24:00/ 07:00-09:45 only. not in daytime.
