“SOY” is a 100-year-old Japanese style house, located in Hida- Takayama of Gifu prefecture, renovated into a warm and comfortable guest house & café and we have opened
on the 3rd of March, 2015.
All kinds of popular Japanese food such as soy sauce, miso, natto, tofu are made of “soy beans.” We are ready to and capable of making changes, just like these soy beans, to make the place even cozier for all comers.
We wish our guest house to be a place where people can exchange their thoughts to make tomorrow a better day.
