Free pick-up service from JR Kinosaki-Onsen Station is available between the following times;

09:00-11:00 (check-out guests only), 14:00-22:00

Guests who wish to use this service are required to make a reservation at least 1 day in advance.

From 01 April until 05 November, a kaiseki meal featuring Tajima wagyu beef is served. From 06 November until 31 March, a course meal with crab is served.
