We have 2 guesthouses in Kobe. 1 guesthouse is in China town of Kobe " Guesthouse Kobe Nadeshikoya". And this guesthouse " Yamatomusubi" is opened in 2016 as " Hostel Galo " , by last owner. Guesthouse Kobe Yamatomusubi is located a 3 minute walk from the ticket gate of JR Shin-Kobe Station. The property was newly renovated from a Japanese house.The Japanese cozy retro interior decor will make your stay more relaxing.  Breakfast, Japanese style " Onigiri" is free ! You can enjoy make your own Onigiri and go to hike near by our guesthouse in the mornig.

The hostel is located in Chuo-ward, including city center and a lot of tourist spots. Here is close to both downtown and famous nature spots including waterfalls and a herb garden. One of the most famous sightseeing area in Kobe called Kitano-cho (北野異人館) is within walking distance of our hostel. The one of the greatest “divine falls” in Japan called Nunobiki water falls, which are located 10 minutes walking distance from here. Also you can go hiking to Mt. Maya and Mt. Rokko from the waterfalls. There is a bus stop to Sannomiya (三宮) or Motomachi (China Town area) within 1 min walk distance. The bus runs every 4 to 7 minutes from morning till night. The tourist bus called CITY LOOP BUS stop is 3 minutes walking distance. There are several privately run cafes, convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets.
