When sending packages and luggage to the property, please write the booking number and guest name used to make the reservation on the packing slip. Mail without the above information may not be accepted by the property.

Meal-inclusive rates do not include meals for children sleeping in existing beds. Additional fees apply for children's meals if adults book a meal-inclusive rate. Please contact the property for details.

Regular hot spring business starts on April 16th. The bathhouse and sauna (for men only) will be open as usual, but the quality of the spring water will be tap water instead of hot spring water.

Please note that maintenance work on the rooftop will be carried out from July 2nd, 2025, to August 30th, 2025, from 08:30 to 17:00, except for Sundays and public holidays, and guests may experience some noise or light disturbances.

Please note that there will be a power outage on 20/10/2025.
